“Một, hai, ba, zô!” is what we shout across a Vietnamese table just before the glasses meet. We opened on Springvale Road to bring that feeling to Melbourne: a lively, no-fuss place where friends and families gather over shared plates, cold beers and good conversation. Our kitchen cooks the dishes we grew up with: crunchy chả giò, smoky chả lá lốt, fragrant phở - using fresh produce and recipes we love. Whether it’s a quick lunch, a long catch-up or a big celebration, there’s always a seat at our table and always a reason to raise a glass.
